Goals are to (1) Obtain a new understanding of teacher retention and attrition, (2) Understand the impact of our findings for teacher recruitment in Noyce programs. and (3) Understand the various aspects of teacher’s work and life as they impact teacher retention and recruitment.

Proposal

We will discuss how to obtain a new understanding of teacher retention and attrition, understand the impact of our findings for teacher recruitment in Noyce programs,
and understand the various aspects of teacher’s work and life as they impact teacher retention and recruitment.
