Abstract
We will present what we learned in our Noyce program which involved a full-year student-teacher experience under the guidance of a mentor teacher. We will highlight what we learned about the Five Practices for Orchestrating Productive Mathematics Discussions and different classroom management techniques. We will share some of our favorite moments in the classroom with our different mentors, including lesson plans we co-created with our mentor teachers based on the Five Practices.
