Abstract

Upper Iowa University (UIU) and Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) are partners in the Noyce Track 1 Scholarship program, Mentoring Amazing Science Teacher Education Recruits (MASTER). The partnership includes great communication between the institutions, academic programs to support both the Noyce Interns and the Noyce Scholars, and joint recruiting efforts.
