Abstract
As a team of ATMALA MTFs, we had the privilege of developing 12 Micro-Credential Modules that support teacher professional development from foundational, extending, deepening to advanced levels of culturally responsive mathematics teaching. These modules were facilitated by ATMALA MTFs and one hundred of these modules were taken by teachers outside of ATMALA; More will be offered this coming school year to local participants. We also developed personal leadership goals around diversity, equity, and cultural competence. These goals focused around exploring and challenging inequities, collaborating purposefully, and cultivating socially just learning environments at our sites and beyond.
