Abstract
This poster is about utilizing student interviews to inform teaching practice and directly aid the teacher in creating Critically Responsive Mathematic Teaching lessons. It examines the way teachers can ask deep questions to find out the needs and community assets of their students while building rapport with students in a casual, informal manner. Teachers can then use the answers to these questions to develop culturally responsive lesson plans that are directly aligned with their students and the school community.
