Background:
I was born in Mexico and moved to Texas when I was eight years old. I grew up in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford (HEB) district and have now returned to HEB as a math teacher.

Why do you want to teach:
I love my students. My goal is to make Math a less scary and frightening subject.

Describe a memorable teaching experience:
Listening to students say, “Oh that’s all, that’s all you have to do? This is so easy”.

What does the Noyce program mean to you:
The Noyce program provided me with a wonderful opportunity to continue my education.
