Why do you want to teach:

I always wanted to teach. I found through my profession that I had a knack for teaching. I went back to school to earn a degree in Engineering to augment my career choice. During my pursuit for a mechanical engineering degree , I found that I had a propensity for teaching. I would work with my classmates and enjoyed teaching them properties we had to learn about engineering. so, I wanted to teach part time while I worked as an engineer. The University would not allow me to pursue a degree in engineering while getting a licensure in teaching. Then I decided to drop engineering and pursue a teaching certification.

Describe a memorable teaching experience:

When i was teaching a sixth grade science class, the students enjoyed my subject material. So when I came to teach my next lesson, the class gave me a standing ovation when I entered the room.

What does the Noyce program mean to you:

The Noyce presented with the opportunity to finish my degree program full time.
