Background:

I am from Charlotte North Carolina and I have a strong passion for teaching. I want to make a difference in students lives just like mine did in my life.

Why do you want to teach:

Come from a long line of educators and look forward to continuing out the cycle.

Describe a memorable teaching experience:

The day that I broke down and cried in my chemistry class because i didn’t understand what was going on, but my teacher took the time to explain it and from that day on I have loved Chemistry ever since. I want to leave the same affect on my future students as my teacher left in me.

What does the Noyce program mean to you:

It has allowed me to get my feet wet in the filed of Education and being in the classroom. I am learning the ins and the outs of students and learning how to make things understandable and relate-able to them.
