Background:

I have a strong background in Computer Science, Biochemistry and Biology. Within these are a lucid interest in pharmacology, infectious disease and public health.

Why do you want to teach:

I aim to increase the students’ interest in the sciences and shape their endeavors therein for their greatest potential according to their talents.

Describe a memorable teaching experience:

Working with the visual impaired has greatly increased my love of teaching. One visually-impaired, mentally-challenged young lady in particular comes to mind. One time, while the other kids played, she struggled with the material finally saying, “Oh, I see,” and beamed a beautiful smile.

What does the Noyce program mean to you:

The Noyce Program offers me the chance to grow in a learning environment wherein I am able to share my knowledge and experience with those whose interest in science is in early bud.
