Poster Exhibition Policies

The Noyce PI Conference features a Poster Exhibit. Each project in the NSF Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program is expected to present a poster at the Conference, highlighting their project activities and accomplishments to date.

Poster Dimensions
Tri-fold poster boards will be provided by the Conference. The overall dimensions for each display board are 36″ x 48″, and posters must fit within these dimensions. Pushpins will be provided onsite.

Restriction on Computer Equipment for Exhibits

Because the Poster Hall will be in a non-secured space, no posters or exhibits requiring electronic connections or displaying computer equipment or expensive/irreplaceable materials can be admitted to the session.

Set-Up and Display Times

Posters may be set-up on Wednesday, July 1 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or on Thursday, July 2, prior to the opening session at 8:00 am. Posters will remain on display throughout the conference. The person responsible for the poster must take down the display on Friday, July 3, immediately following the closing session.

If you would like to ship your poster to the conference hotel prior to your arrival, please address the package to yourself, using the following address:
