Need

The chronic shortage of STEM teachers necessitates that school districts and IHEs partner in new ways to build a more reliable pipeline of qualified teachers.

Goals

Attract more candidates to STEM-related teaching positions through Job-Embedded Practitioner licensure programs, coupling hiring and preparation in a supportive structure.
