Goals
What are effective strategies to support struggling preservice and in-service teachers?
Approach
Response with interventions is customized uniquely to each scholar. There is not a “one size fits all” approach that works.
Outcomes
Sharing interventions for struggling scholars will fill the knowledge gap on what the current preservice and in-service teachers need to persist in the profession.
Broader Impacts
Increases retention of teachers in college prep programs and first year teaching.
